Analyze, design, build, test, implement and maintain multiple system components or applications
     Develop, design and configuring software products or systems that enable client strategies
     Experience in designing technology solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation.
     Accurately define a client issue, interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
     At least 3 years solid experience on Oracle CX Cloud products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud either as functional, technical, system or service administrator
     Proficient in using any Cloud Integration tools
     Team player and with people management and supervisory skills
     Cloud Implementation Certification in any Oracle CX Cloud products is a plus
