Job Description

• Process Business As Usual transactions (Revenue District Office Transfer, Tax Identification Number Application) accurately and within the agreed Service Level Agreement/Turn Around Time..

• Answer Tickets (Tax related questions) accurately and within the agreed Service Level Agreement/Turn Around Time.

• Ensure all documents forwarded to the team (from employees, mailroom etc.) are accounted, properly stored and easily retrievable.

• Accurate and real time update of all trackers

• Do fieldwork to BIR Large Tax Office, RDOs and other government offices.

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.


• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course • At least 1 year experience doing admin work • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Excellent communications skills both in writing and verbal • Willing to do field work – going to BIR and other government offices • Knowledgeable in MS Applications – Excel and PowerPoint • Must be willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
