People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.


Accenture's Recruiting organization has an opportunity for individuals who want to support our growth in North America through reporting and analytics, monitoring various metrics within our recruiting process.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Tracks recruiter productivity and creating related presentations for recruiting leadership
  • Creates and maintains various standard reports and dashboards to track metrics such as diversity, progress to plan, and other various hiring data points for recruiting leadership
  • Responds to ad hoc reporting requests with necessary recruiting data for leadership
  • Assists recruitment operations team members with other operational reports
  • Creation and adoption of new tools to assist recruiting team and processes

Basic Qualifications:

  •  3 years' of experience with Excel, including proficiency with Excel functions and formulas
  •  2 years' of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources

 Preferred Qualifications:

  •  2 years' experience in Accenture HR

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Reporting and statistical analysis orientation
  • Ability to quickly change priorities as reporting needs dictate
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must display professionalism and confidence
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member
