This is a program on which we are the prime contractor! Are you a Human Capital Management Specialist? You can help identify a future state for Talent and HR Services. You will receive visibility to senior and junior clients and provide a platform for advancement within the project and the company. Be part of a growing project, still in its early phases, to become a subject-matter expert, and be relied upon by the PM and project team to help capture, understand, and re-invent how this customer supports their mission colleagues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Business Process Re-Engineering
  • 4 years of Interview/Focus Group/Briefing experience with customers
  • 4 years of Change Communication OR Change Management
  • 4 years of process / technology process mapping
  • U.S. Citizenship required, dual citizens not eligible

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP or HRIS technologies
  • Technology Consulting Experience - specific to Talent or HR functions
  • Talent or HR provider experience (i.e. Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Retirement, Succession Planning)
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • ERP Implementation experience
  • Team Lead experience
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to lead/support execution of fact-finding interviews and discussions
  • Ability to lead a team 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
