I really enjoy having multiple roles within the project. Most mornings I don’t know what the day will bring. I confer between the development and test team leads to determine where my versatility is most beneficial. Having a more fluid role provides our whole team with additional agility.
I appreciate all the opportunities I’ve been given to learn and grow. As I started, with quite a little experience in how a software development project operates, beginning as a tester was the perfect fit for me. Since I’ve been provided with continually more technically challenging tasks, each time I felt ready for it. The environment and people are truly supportive, and I feel I can be myself and learn at my own pace. I have made it as far as I have because of my team’s support, encouragement, and faith in my capabilities.
To unwind, I play video games and watch movies and TV shows. My husband and I just recently got into VR games. He keeps juicing up our home theatre and gaming stations, which I enjoy immensely.
