What I do

As Client Account Lead, my responsibility is, together with my team, to ensure that we meet client needs and deliver on our client targets and also co-create solutions.

 

There are so many great projects that I am proud of and get excited about! But our project with a leading grocery retailer S Group Alepa Blockwish where we launched an innovative “wishbot” to increase customer choice and convenience in their local convenience stores was really exciting. We won two Cannes Lion awards with this too.

A day in my life

I spend my days in many areas and with various activities: firstly, with client leadership in workshops and meetings to identify and define how Accenture can help solve their business problems or create new business opportunities. Secondly, I support the ongoing engagements and our teams working with the client to ensure that we deliver on our promises and exceed client expectations. Thirdly, I collaborate with the wide Accenture industry and service professional networks where I both share and learn from the leading thought leadership and my colleagues competencies.

When I am not working, I spend time with my family including a dog and I travel (as covid permits). Other than that, I have many others interests: sports and outdoors such as jogging, skiing, hiking, cross fit, tennis, dance, music and culture events such as concerts, theater, museums, reading, handicraft…

My advice

Continuously develop your prioritization skills in order to focus on the most important assignments.
