The work is:
Supporting our clients across a broad range of industries to address their issues related to:
  • Competitive agility – maximizing the value of the procurement function
  • 3rd party cost takeout – complex sourcing, should cost modelling for SG&A and COGS, specifications / policy / process refinement
  • Digital disruption – RPA, AI, Blockchain, amongst others
  • Responsible Procurement – redefining, executing and monitoring performance against environmental, social and corporate governance targets.

Develop and apply on client engagements your skills related to:
  • Advanced analytics – spend, contracts, consumption
  • Should-cost modelling – indirect / SG&A (incl. technology, marketing, professional services, etc.) and direct / COGS (incl. chemicals, metals, ingredients, etc.)
  • Operating model architecture – people, process technology

You will also, throughout your work, have opportunities to:
  • Lead small to medium sized teams (3 – 10), with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledge
  • Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties
  • Support client sales origination and thought leadership development
  • Challenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel client growth
  • Drive a positive impact in the communities where we work and live

You are:
A skillful procurement practitioner and advisor with a passion for Supply Chain Management/Operations, Logistics/Transportation, Sourcing and Procurement.

  • You are a top performer with a strong drive and a demonstrated track record of achievements
  • You are experienced in working in larger project settings - strategic or operational
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to structure and solve complex problems
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, demanding and high energy environment
  • You are skilled in building and developing relationships and demonstrating leadership

Your background includes:

  • 2-5 years of working experience in the area of Supply Chain Management
  • A Master’s degree from a top University with excellent results 
  • Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language

Bonus points for:

  • Background in Strategy or Management Consulting
  • Msc. with majors in supply chain or operations
