This position is to be our Lead for the Customers & Channels team in Products in Norway. Our current team in Products has equal mix of women and men, and it is a priority to keep this diversity.

As a Senior Manager in our Customer & Channels team in Norway, you will be working on:

  • Leading and being responsible the Norwegian team.
  • Drive recruitment and growth of the team and the market.
  • Drive continues development of the team. 
  • Helping to develop and expand our consulting client portfolio through thought leadership, opportunity identification and pursuit and relationship development. 
  • Managing business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients 
  • Engaging with and helping to shape the agenda of the CMO/ CSO/ CDO
  • Solving key business problems and challenges by enabling digital transformation, painting a picture of success, and charting a journey from the current state to the desired future state. 
  • Leading consulting teams and delivering consulting work in close cooperation with clients
  • Building and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients 
  • Further developing, utilizing and sharing your experiences and deep skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance.  
  • You will primarily but not exclusively work in the following sectors: Industrial/Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Services, Retail and possibly Life Sciences. Our clients are large international companies with international operations. We work where the clients are and need us, so flexibility is a must for our consultants, but we understand that the level of flexibility changes over time. 

You in a nutshell

  • You have minimum 8 years relevant work experiences from the front-office of large companies or you have a consulting or digital agency back-ground with first-hands experiences of servicing large clients’ marketing, sales or digital functions.
  • You might have experience from the start-up or open innovation community
  • You are at home in the intersection between business and digital 
  • You have a relevant university degree with outstanding academic results
  • You speak fluent English; knowledge in Norwegian is considered a strong advantage
  • You have strong drive & desire to help drive business for our clients and Accenture
  • You are flexible and adaptable – no consulting engagement will be like the previous. You will work across many clients, and you will collaborate with different teams with Accenture – most often with large international element

You will have experience with most of the following:

  • Scoping and delivering innovative and business consulting projects in the front-office functional domain
  • Functional expertise within Marketing or Sales functions 
  • Shaping programs and qualifying and articulating value
  • Digital or innovation “hub” concepts 
  • Design Thinking as an approach to solving client problems
  • Leading consulting and client teams across multiple stages of the project lifecycle
  • Business development
  • Passion for digital trends e.g. Internet of Things, Open Innovation, Cloud, Data & Analytics and improving businesses
