Accenture´s Strategy Operations practice focuses on collaborating with Chief Supply Chain Officers, Chief Procurement Officers and Chief Operating Officers to devise business strategies that create innovative and high performance operations that more effectively meet customer expectations and deliver sustained business outcomes. The value we deliver comes from our ability to align underlying process and operating models to support business strategies, link the supply chain to the end-to-end value chain, and create flexible operations that enable rapid response to changing customer demands and market opportunities.
Strategy Operations Managers develop business cases focused on targeting and delivering value and drive value-led transformations for clients. As a Strategy Operations Manager you will work within the areas of Supply Chain Strategy, Operations Transformation, and Sourcing & Procurement and address both strategic and operational issues.
Excellent skills in a Scandinavian language and English, both written and oral.
Relevant master degree within science or economy with good academic results. Applicants with bachelor degrees combined with extensive experience within the relevant field will also be considered.
Three to seven years of relevant consulting experience, either from other consulting companies or leading operational improvement in large organizations. Additional experience from positions such as sourcing manager, logistics manager/planner, manufacturing manager or business developer is positive.
Work location will be in the Oslo region, but the candidate should have the flexibility to travel outside this region if necessary.

Proficient team player who thrives when working project based
The candidate should have work experience from business strategy and/or operations strategy. Preferred areas of expertise are supply chain management, sourcing & procurement and process excellence. Relevant certifications like Lean Six Sigma are highly valued.
