Your Job

As a Consultant in the Customer Experience (CX) Platform Advisory Practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a newly formed team in Accenture Technology on projects for large clients. You will help them to achieve their business goals whilst supporting their growth. You will work together with your Accenture colleagues to identify their challenges and collaborate to develop solutions that not only solve these challenges but also deliver business value. Your day-to-day job consists of:

  • Helping our clients deliver value in their end-to-end transformation programs by translating their digital strategic roadmap into a technology solutions roadmap and selecting the best fit Customer Platform for them

  • Advise clients with detailed knowledge of Business Processes and Connected Solutions (niche platforms accelerating or enhancing an omnichannel platform) for a specific Customer Experience domain, such as CRM, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, or Experience Management within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the front office

  • Use your Customer Experience domain knowledge to lead design discussions/workshops with the client. This includes managing client discussions and translating user stories into functional specifications

  • Co-ordinate and execute project deliverables through a transformation lifecycle; defining, analyzing, and mapping business processes, organizational elements, and related applications. This includes being involved in discussions with system integrators in order to provide the best solution for the client;

  • Support clients with testing, deployment and migration activities

  • Be granted the space to grow, learn and share your opinion in designing and developing the latest tech Connected Platform Solutions in the world of Customer Experience for our clients, including Medallia, Qualtrics, Sitecore and other connected Customer Experience solutions

  • Enjoy working together in often complex project environments with multiple involved parties; the client counterparts, the Connected Solution vendor, the CRM software vendor and Accenture Colleagues from different teams

  • Contribute to business development and new value propositions for clients, including working with other Accenture teams in identifying opportunities to grow a successful practice

Qualifications

Your background

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Experience business processes and IT-connected platform solutions including good conceptual and analytical skills to manage the integration or related domains with an understanding of integration dependencies; 

  • Consulting experience in C-suite engagement and relationship-building at different organizational levels;

  • Expert knowledge in one of the Customer Experience domains; e.g. CRM, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, or Experience Management;

  • Experience with at least one Customer Experience platform implementation and willingness to learn deployment of other emerging CX connected platform solutions e.g.: Medallia, Qualtrics, Sitecore and other connected Customer Experience solutions;

  • Proactive, willing to quickly familiarize with new topics and to further develop topics with the client;

  • An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with demonstrable experience of making a commercial impact for your organization by creating new value-added services/offerings for our clients;

  • Analytical thinker and pro-active do-er contributing with ideas and attitude to build the best Customer Experience Connected Platforms Solutions practice in the Netherlands
