Your Job

As an Analyst in the CX Platform Advisory Practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a newly formed team in Accenture Technology on projects for large clients. You will help them to achieve their business goals whilst supporting their growth. You will work together with your Accenture colleagues to identify their challenges and collaborate to develop solutions that not only solve these challenges but also deliver business value. Your day-to-day job consists of:

  • Helping our client’s deliver value in their end-to-end transformation programs by selecting the best fit for Connected Solutions (niche platforms accelerating or enhancing an omnichannel platform) and be part of the successful delivery of the project/program

  • Affinity with Customer Experience and interested to gain specific knowledge on processes and Connected Solutions for a specific CX domain, such as CRM, Customer Service, Digital Marketing or Experience Management

  • Support large projects/ program’s by participating in discussions/workshops with the client, translating user stories into functional specifications, co-ordinate and executing project deliverables through a transformation lifecycle; defining, analyzing, and mapping business processes, support clients with testing, deployment, and migration activities

  • Be granted the space to grow, learn and share your opinion in designing and developing the latest tech Connected Solutions in the world of CX for our clients, including Medallia, Qualtrics, Sitecore and other connected Customer Experience solutions

  • Enjoy working together in often complex project environments with multiple involved parties; the client counterparts, the Connected Solution vendor, the CRM software vendor and Accenture Colleagues from different teams

Your background

  • Master’s degree in a relevant science (e.g. Business/IT, (Technical) Economics, Marketing, Computer/Data Science) with good results

  • 0-2 years of working experience, preferably in a Customer Experience role

  • Affinity with technology and interest in the latest IT platform solutions 

  • Pro-active and willing to learn new skills whilst working together with large customers

  • Strong communicator, good interpersonal skills, and a real problem solver

  • Curious; you have a large curiosity for new tech inventions

  • Team player with the flexibility to work in complex team environments
