Our Accenture Financial Services Client Group in the Netherlands has an exciting vacancy for a sales manager within our Insurance team. Our team is welcoming an ambitious professional who wants to drive the go-2-market propositions towards our insurance clients, our marketing agenda and supports throughout the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate would have a flair for developing propositions & relationships, work closely with our Insurance client teams and work with new and/or existing client stakeholders.

As a sales manager, you will be having an innovative role to help support our Insurance client account teams with developing & optimizing propositions. You will also be responsible to support new business opportunities for our Insurance clients within the Netherlands throughout the full business development cycle. You will build relationships within Accenture and with our Insurance clients to be able to bring the best of Accenture to address our clients’ needs/challenges in the digital era.
You will take the lead in shaping client specific value propositions and craft proposals to help our Insurance clients become even more successful. You will do this by working collaboratively with our Insurance clients and internal Accenture teams.
Next to that you will also be working with our clients to help organizing our ecosystem activities (marketing events, round tables etc.)
Your role will be focused on building long term and trust-based relationships with Insurance clients as well as within Accenture (key stakeholders and colleagues);
You will be collaborating with teams across Accenture to create a compelling proposition for our Insurance clients;
You have strong communication skills, proactive / ‘can-do’ mentality and a demonstrated ability to engage with various client stakeholders;
You have to feel confident in working in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Completed University Master’s degree;
Minimum of 5-7 years work experience within a Financial Services industry specific environment, including project management experience and / or consultancy
Fluency in Dutch and English
Track record as a human centered -, insight driven- and iterative problem-solver
