You will be a core member of our IMT Industry team within Strategy & Consulting.
This team supports companies in the following industries:
- Industrial industry, including manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineering, and construction
- Mobility, including automotive and public transport
- Travel industry, including airline, travel services, and hospitality
You will work on a broad range of topics, such as digital strategies and transformations, post-merger integrations, the shift from product to connected products and services and organizational transformations. You will oversee multiple projects, act as a program manager for large transformations and are responsible to build strong client relations. You will lead with insights to co-create and implement technology-enabled, disruptive strategies and solutions that unlock value and drive growth for clients. You have the ambition to continuously develop your industry knowledge, your advisory and commercial skills, and are expected and challenged to do so. As part of our Industrial team, you will also actively pursue and lead business development opportunities and have an active role in developing thought leadership and point of views on key developments in the Industrial sector.

- University Master’s degree
- Minimum between 8 - 12 years of relevant experience, with several years in consulting
- In-dept understanding of Industrial industry (manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineering and construction), relevant Industrial industry network is desirable
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), fluent in Dutch is desirable
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a team-oriented and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Driven and entrepreneurial: you enjoy a challenge, your are determined, optimistic and you have a proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results
