Your impact

Are you looking for an internship where you work on a creative project, building a real mobile solution, together with a group of other interns – ‘the Nickel Studio’? Accenture Digital offers a full-time (graduate) internship within the ‘Solutioning chapter’ of the MOBGEN | Accenture Interactive group.

We are looking for the following profiles: Developers, QA engineers, Designers, Business Analysts, Project Managers/Product Owners.

Developers

As a developer, you are a forward thinker. Someone who lives and breathes technology, always thinks about how something can be improved and is excited about the future of the application of technology. You have a strong willingness to learn and a knack for creating mobile experiences. We are looking for developers in the following areas:

  • iOS
  • Android
  • Front-end web
  • Back-end

Qualifications for developer roles: Computer Science (university or HBO) is required. Knowing how to code (in any language) is required but advanced coding skills are not necessary required.

Quality Assurance (QA):

As a QA Engineer you will ask the difficult questions to your team. You will challenge documentation/people/functionalities, take ownership of the quality and help ensure that the end-user has a smooth and fully functional experience. You will prepare and execute functional, non-functional and integration tests, you will identify, report and track defects and perform root cause analysis of issues. As a QA Engineer you are able to manage and delegate when necessary, you have an understanding of Agile methodologies and you like to analyze complex problems and create feasible solutions. Qualifications to read and understand code is required.

Designers

As a designer, you care about creating seamless user experiences and beautiful visuals. You have a macro eye sight to spot the beauty another might not consciously notice, and you like to collaborate with other people to get the best results. You know your way around Sketch and/or the Adobe Suite but are still open to learning and exploring new tools as a way to elevate your craft. You want to improve your presentation skills, you are pro-active and have a problem-solving attitude.

Business Analysts

As a Business Analyst, you are the linking pin between business and technology. MOBGEN | Accenture Interactive cares about making the right product and making the product right; the Business Analyst is there to make it happen. The BA is end-2-end involved in the project: from discovery to product development and optimization. As a BA, you can easily zoom in for details and zoom out to seek strategic alignment. You are curious, exploratory and a true scrum team player.

Project Manager/Product Owner

As a Project Manager, you coordinate the agile team of designers, QA’s, BA’s and developers in the project. You coordinate scrum processes, raise and manage risks, prioritize requirements and create and communicate status reports. You care about getting the best results from the team and making the client happy. You have a pro-active approach and you are in the center of any team of group. You are able to identify risks and find creative ways to manage them. You like to collaborate with other people in order to get the best results. You are interested to learn agile program management tooling (like JIRA/Confluence) and you are an absolute Powerpoint/Excel ninja.
