Do you want to experience what it means to work at a large consultancy firm and team up with experienced consultants? Our APMO team is looking for an intern to combine educational knowledge with the latest Agile trends in the PPM/PMO market.
Accenture PMO is becoming more and more innovation driven and is focusing on staying ahead of ever faster (technological) change, or as we call it: The New!
Through cutting edge delivery methodologies such as Agile and DevOps, our goal is to partner with our clients to realize change. As our clients move to Agile delivery, Accenture’s PMO activities reshape to orchestrate such transformations and deliveries.
Our clients are challenged to manage their strategy portfolio in a Lean Agile environment. Additional research is valuable to further build our thoughts and vision of the role of PMO in an organization transforming and adopting Agile delivery methods. This will help us to innovate, influence and inspire our clients to rethink the role of PMO in their organization to ensure change success.
Your assignment will be to combine the latest insights from your education with your own research of core Agile concepts, to empirically and theoretically investigate the role of PMO in an Agile organization.
Besides doing research for your thesis, you will also be organizing and attending events, leading workshops and discussing new insights with the team.
