Job description

As a Sales Capture Lead you will be responsible for driving new sales within the Resources practice.

You must perform the following actions, according to the scope of the different projects: 

  • Initiate contacts with potential new customers, within the Resources industries
  • Promote Accenture Operations Capacity & Transformation services towards the account teams
  • Meet senior management people at existing and potential customers to discuss their needs and match these to Accenture offerings
  • Develop real world solutions to resolve client business needs.
  • Develop and articulate proof of concept for clients including strategy, scope, staffing, engagement setup and execution.
  • Work with deal teams to provide subject matter expertise and industry / offering insights for important client proposals and RFPs.



  • Minimum HBO level
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience within Sales within Resources: Oil/Chemicals/Energy
  • Customer-service oriented and curious person, with a good spirit of initiative
  • Strong ability to work in a team and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrably Sales background
  • Excellent writing and oral skills in both English and Dutch
  • Excellent in MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel to different client locations
  • Fulltime. (40 hours work week)
  • Operations knowledge is a preference
