As a Manager Talent Management Transformation you help today's companies develop and implement Talent and HR strategies that reflect industry trends, business priorities and talent needs, and support the planning, design, and deployment activities required to achieve broad Talent Management transformational changes across the enterprise.

This role is aligned within our Resources Operating Unit and will work with clients in Energy, Utility and Chemicals & Natural Resources.

As a Manager, you will be part of the industry-focused Operating Group Resources that helps large Energy, Utility and Chemicals & Natural Resources clients to be successful in the complex and ever changing landscape they operate in. 

  • Energy – Exploring how digital technologies are transforming the oil and gas industry
  • Utilities – Providing electricity, gas and water companies with strategic and workable insights related to the world's energy system transition
  • Chemicals – Helping chemical companies apply innovation, transformational strategies and digital enablement for growth, differentiation and superior operations.
  • Natural Resources – Helping mining, metals, forest products and building materials companies grow, improve operations and reduce risk 

You will primarily operate from our office in Amsterdam, and can also work internationally.


Qualifications

You are a team player and you excel in solving complex Human Resources and Talent related problems. You are goal driven, you take responsibility and you have good persuasion skills. 


Essential skills:

  • Master’s degree
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in Talent Management
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience in management consulting 
  • Relevant knowledge and practical experience in Talent Management, Capability Development, Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Able to lead sales activities for Talent Management programmes 
  • Talent Management solution deployment experience with extensive level of exposure to transition/deployment planning, design/execution, and business readiness / adoption. 
  • Understanding of Talent Management and able to facilitate discussions and workshops of select HR leading practices; e.g. employee experience, HR analytics, operational excellence, future workforce, social media and collaboration.
  • Experience in leading, guiding and coaching people & teams 

Preferred skills:

  • International working experiences
  • Industry experience within Energy, Utility and Chemicals & Natural Resources industries
  • Dutch and English language proficiency
