Job Description

  • Manage and lead medium to large scale HR Shared Services related projects (migrate work from Field HR to HRSS) and ensure project milestones are achieved according to its objectives, scope, and deliverable timeline
    • Develop business case to define scope, timeline and resourcing for the migration, and draft Change Order for approval. Project plan and timeline should be reviewed and aligned on milestone and deliverables and tracked as part of project status calls.
    • Lead/facilitate/contribute to process discussions and map out future state processes (MS Visio/PPT format)
    • Facilitate/coordinate User Acceptance Testing and/or Service Rehearsal Testing for system/process changes.
    • Determine impacted documentations to be updated and/or new articles to be created for the said migration
    • Ensure communication plan is reviewed with HRSS & training plan is developed and executed by respective POCs for the end users in HRSS. Ensure communications & briefing is conducted to HRSS on the said enhancement prior to the go live
    • Lead/manage post go live hyper care calls with relevant stakeholders from Operational Launch to Functional Independence. Maintain and RAID Log and track/monitor to closure.
    • Conduct and/or participate in lessons learnt with internal HRSS Leads/vendors/ISD where relevant
  • Responsible to manage KMS queue and meeting case management SLAs. KMS cases should be closed within 3 days TAT
  • Responsible to create/maintain and publish HRSS knowledge articles for HRSS in Service Now
  • Engage with client stakeholder groups and HRSS in joint reviews for process gaps and impacted documentation updates that may come from escalations or process improvement initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate change requests/SR activities including reviewing scope, analyse change impact (update to documentation/existing process), determine testing scope and coordinate UAT/SRT and debrief team prior to go live/move to production


  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills is a requirement
  • Good understanding of a business process being analysed and how it affects the various business units. Workday knowledge and transactions processing are a requirement
  • Multi-tasking skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and keep up with project scope changes while meeting timelines is important.
  • Able to work well with both internal and external clients
  • Good presentation skills, and ability to communicate with various audiences, including end users, managers, and members of the implementation
  • Strong attention to detail organizational skills
  • Quick learner who is easily able to learn new products, systems, applications and technologies. Important to be pro-active and take change/ownership in tasks assigned.
