Job Description:
As a SAP FSCM professional, you will implement and deploy SAP FSCM solutions to achieve defined business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and advice business process improvement, SAP FSCM and SAP S/4HANA enablement initiatives
Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
Manage and lead the SAP FSCM projects to ensure timely delivery
Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the clients’ area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience of SAP Treasury Experience (Bank Communication management BCM, SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management and/or SAP S/4 HANA Cash Management)
SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience
Functional expertise in several Finance areas including General Ledger Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center
Proven experience gathering and documenting Functional Requirements
Proven experience transitioning Functional Requirement to Technical Requirements will be a plus
Proven Client-facing experience across multiple industries is also highly desired
Cross SAP module integration experiences
Passionate about the Finance domain and Treasury operations.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to travel to client sites (local or overseas)
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
