Senior Managers serve as leaders for our Industry X business teams and our clients. The role will demand sales originations, driving business development proposals, and contribute to clients as delivery lead or credible subject matter advisor in projects. Senior managers take responsibility for cracking clients' toughest problems and presenting insights in a compelling story that convinces the client to act. Internally, senior managers have a seat and a voice at the leadership table; you will play a key role in Industry X business as you fulfil various leadership roles, i.e., increase Digital Manufacturing and Operations expertise, sharing your expertise by supporting Analysts, Consultants and Managers with their career planning. In order to succeed, senior managers to grow and prepare talented teams and collaborate with multiple business teams within Industry X and outside. As part of the transition to firm leadership, the learning curve for our senior managers is steep. You will gain mastery to view big picture and discover value for our clients, refine your general management skills, drive business decisions and build the firm's assets.

Role Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving Industry X sales by organizing and leading proposal teams, participating and leading end-to-end proposal development process and client pitch. • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Industry X offerings and Digital Manufacturing practice area capabilities and industry segment domain knowledge; move towards providing thought leadership internally as well as to clients.
• Act as credible subject matter advisor to client teams, project managers and delivery teams and guide them achieving delivery excellence. • Perform the role of counsellor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
• Development of assets and methodologies, digital solution designs, use cases, credentials, development of point-of-views, research or white papers.

Preferred Experience:
• 12+ years of experience in leading large-scale manufacturing/digital manufacturing improvement or consulting projects delivery
• In depth understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations value chain in any of the focus industry (Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Industrial, Automotive, Hi Tech)
• Good understanding of systems, processes, tools, and IT technologies in the manufacturing and / or supply chain area
• Experienced in managing or working with large teams, multi-stakeholder environments and complex IT/Digital projects and engagements with a global exposure.
• Experience in sales origination, working on RFP response, business development proposals and client pitch. Strong presentation and communication skills
Good to have experience with cloud technology platforms (MS Azure, AWS, Google etc.) or Maanufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics) from a top-tier university or engineering colleges; MBA from a top-tier B-School preferred.
