Job Description
- The role will report directly to the Accenture Program Lead on the Export Program and may stand in for the Program Lead directly during absence (vacation etc).
- Ensuring that the program is operating effectively on a day to day basis and all team members have the tools, ability and motivation to perform effectively to meet program ambitions, including Quarterly or other regular Revenue Attainment and KPI objectives.
- Ownership and responsibility for people focused cross program initiatives and issue management including; bonus program management, pulse feedback, location/facilities management, organizational design and execution matters, HR and Recruitment.
- The Operations Lead will have ownership of and responsibility for the culture and employee engagement of the KL Export program
- Responsible for overall policy adherence and compliance on the program.
- Responsible for Staffing & Workforce capacity planning - working with local & global HR & Recruiting support functions
- Cross Program issue/risk escalation point on all matters - working with local & global support functions and management
- Final reviewer & owner of COB calls for business reviews prepared by the Function Lead and sales teams
- Cross Program key meeting execution (may delegate as required); Weekly Huddles, Weekly Program Leadership/Operations meeting with Client LT, WBR, QBR, Townhall (& All-Hands support).
- Initial review/scoping/consultation on significant cross program or individual area changes.
- Direct supervisor of 3x Leadership Team members on the Export KL Program
- The KLOL may also - from time to time - evaluate, recommend, scope and implement cross functional process and/or system improvement initiatives raised by the ACCN Export Program team and designed to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Senior operations leader with at least 5 years relevant working across different teams in a high paced sales environment (or equivalent).
- Ideally sales leadership experience in an AdTech sales environment.
- Ability to make decisions using data with very strong analytical and proven reporting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
- Extremely well organised.
- Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite, Tableau, Outreach collaboration and presentation tools.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- The OL must be someone with a self-starter mentality that is ready to drive implementation of ideas and initiatives. The person must own and take tasks through to completion.
