Responsibilities:
Receive inquiries from overseas clients through 7 24 phone calls, work orders, and other forms. Provide solutions to problems to clients based on corresponding processes and product business situations, and keep service records.
Key points of work
- Provide customers with complete and accurate solutions and product information, solve customer problems, and provide high quality services
- Promote continuous optimization of product features and improve user experience through user feedback on product issues and optimization suggestions
- Customer oriented, actively following up and serving customers, actively coordinating internal resources to solve customer problems, and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively summarize the problems encountered, form knowledge accumulation, organize them into a knowledge base, and improve service capabilities.
