Job Responsibility
- Perform customer request/problem identification and follow defined incident notification and escalation procedures to ensure they are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention to be resolved correctly
- Identify all risks associated with execution of the assigned tasks within the business process and understands the security requirements linked to the business process.
- Perform core business process transactions involving sales data entry/data capture according to defined methods, procedures, and standard delivery solutions to deliver business outcomes committed to in the service level agreement Focus on continuous improvement
- Apply understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures.
- Perform core business process transactions involving data entry/data capture on sales leads according to defined methods, procedures, and standard delivery solutions to deliver business outcomes committed to in the service level agreement
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by processing transactions accurately
- Identify all risks associated with execution of the assigned tasks within the business process and understands the security requirements linked to the business process.
- Implementing Sales techniques that allow a business to consistently hit and achieve monthly sales target
- Manage and lead a team of employees around 20-25 headcount.
- Build and maintains good relationship with clients.
Qualifications
Skills and Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South.
- Candidate need to have more than three years of experience in platform operation, same type of cross-border service.
- Candidate need to understand about foreign trade knowledge, understanding of enterprise export related processes.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Applicant with relevant experience in the Internet industry, have experience in successfully operating marketing activities
