Overall Purpose of Job:
  • Managing the wave / work stream of a project starting from receiving the projects, sharing the requisite inputs with the team, developing a project plan, monitoring the execution and ensuring that the end product is delivered in a timely manner in line with the expected quality parameters.
  • Interacting with clients on a continuous basis, defining project specifications, handling queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current projects through live chats, e-mails and phones. (Customer Relations)
Main Accountabilities:
  • Ensure project being led & executed meets the cost / quality / speed metrics.
  • Support in driving project set up & stabilize in set up issues
  • Work closely with DMAT team for Mob planning activities – DD / Client visits / Orals / solution planning / reviews / RFP’s / sales proposal etc.
  • Drive / Participate in initiatives related to designing Mob for future on driving transition for Analytics, Robotics, Automation etc.
  • As needed also drive / support MaaS solutions / execution in the ASEAN region
  • Work with various functions of the centre like Finance, HR, IT etc to ensure operational setup of the deal
  • Identify opportunities for automation during transition and drive the implementation during the transition phase
  • Report and escalate to management as needed and successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Ensure Transitions learnings are documented at the end of each project and shared with the broader teams
  • Participate actively in center wise Mobilization initiatives.
Educational AND Other Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong Business understanding
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in Transitions across multiple domains & industries (eg domains - F&A, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Telecom, Insurance) / (industries communication & high tech / Financial services etc)
  • Should have the experience in leading & executing medium scale Programs as a PM
  • Ability to engage in Business discussions & comfortable while working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the Country / regional client executives in a range of environments
  • Quick to grasp and understand complex situations coupled with proficient commercial instincts
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically within strict deadlines in a problem-solving environment
  • PMP / Six Sigma Certification is an added advantage.
