Responsible for:
  • Motivate, collaborate, manage and lead a team of employees. To ensure the team is aligned with the company's vision and mission goals while achieving all targeted performance goals set by management.
  • Hold regular sessions to observe individual performance and provide honest and actionable feedback through one-on-one sessions.
  • Responsible for the daily management of a team of content moderating analysts in an operational project.
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
  • Consistently and effectively implement the Performance Management Process as a leadership tool to help colleagues to maximize their performance.
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to maintain service levels and peer satisfaction.
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Participate in the selection, training and development of high performing and highly engaged team members.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of services and noiseless operations.
Qualification / Requirement
  • Proven ability to drive improvements in team performance / work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical and decision making skills
  • Degree in Management or Leadership training is a plus
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
