Role/ Responsibilities:
  • Focus on hr processes, shared services and next generation automation / digital HR.
  • Candidate needs to be excited about the impact of digital on HR and people behaviors and have a strong POV on what this means in APAC.
  • HR analytics to support HR becoming more relevant and increasing share of voice in the boardroom.
  • Able to define overall workplan and lead small team focused across multiple process areas an own overall HR operating model and future HR organization sizing.
  • Strong client facing skills to face off to regional HR directors and CHRO. 
Required Skills:
 
HR Functional competencies
  • Creative, change-oriented and demonstrate continuous improvement skills
  • Thorough understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Familiar with HR business process (Employee Admin, Performance, Compensation & Payroll, etc) concepts, methods, terminology and appropriate application to new or ambiguous situations
  • Familiar with enabling technology from user perspective (E.g. SAP, Workday, Oracle, Concur, Kronos, LMS, etc)
  • Experience in establishing Shared Services and supporting transition activities to move work into global centres
  • Experience with data control processes and knowledge of enabling technologies
  • Understands generic business model of SSC procedures, processes and information requirement

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least University degree or equivalent
  • Ability to read and write English with fluent conversational skills
  • Proven consulting skills
  • Good understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities, ability to effectively communicate, influence, and manage change
  • Familiar with continuous improvements processes and procedures
  • Familiar with shared services transition methodology
