Consulting professionals in Accenture’s Finance & Enterprise Performance Business Domain support our Resources Industry Group clients in developing finance organization, corporate financial strategies and capabilities, finance operations and reporting, strategies and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth.

 

Experiences required for Finance & Enterprise Performance Management

 

Accenture's Finance & Enterprise Performance Management capability group supports the CFO in defining efficient finance operations and modeling the key drivers of current and future enterprise value. Finance Operations includes the end to end aspects of Finance Operating Model (incl. shared services), Finance and Digital transformation, as well as operational process improvements across all areas of the Finance organisation.   Our Enterprise and Performance Management capability includes the establishment of strategy, how strategies translate into tactics, plans and key driving metrics and how the execution is monitored consistently across the organisation, enabling the Finance function to fulfill the role of Business Value Architect and advisor within the business.  All of which

 

As a Finance & Enterprise Performance Management Consultant, you will have deep skills in the one of the following areas:

  • Finance transformation, digital transformation and business partnering
  • Finance Operating Model Design / Shared Services
  • Finance Operations and process improvement
  • Financial Analysis, Financial Value Creation, Finance Strategy
  • Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process design and implementation
  • Business Metrics
  • Management Reporting and Analysis
  • Balanced Scorecard design and implementation
  • Driver-based Corporate Planning Model design and implementation
  • Financial and Regulatory Reporting: Diagnose, design and implementation

Generic key responsibilities may include:

  • Business diagnosis and planning activities
  • Problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experience
  • Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients
  • Define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
  • Business architecture implementation activities
  • Designing and conducting business solution testing and deployment plans
  • Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary
  • Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes
  • Willing to travel

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Actuary Science, Economics, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • With minimum of 3 - 7 years relevant working experience in the industry
  • Finance and Accounting process or transformation knowledge within Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Natural Resources or Utilities industry is preferable
  • Experience in consulting and/or internal process improvement projects
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
