This individual will be responsible for auditing investigator actions, providing coaching & feedback to investigators, analyzing and reporting on QA data and trends, and driving quality improvement projects and initiatives.
 
Ideal candidates will be experienced in fraud/risk investigations, have a proven ability to successfully coach others, and be skilled in the use of databases and excel to analyze, interpret and present data and data trends.
The QA Lead will possess a balanced mix of quantitative, consultative, and facilitative/leadership skills. Will be an experienced in leading and facilitating efforts that have significantly improved processes, and training in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
 
Responsibilities/Authorities
Main accountabilities:
  • Responsible for conducting audits on defects received for metrics and provide effective coaching feedback to investigators, working in partnership with them to drive continuous and long-term improvement of their quality metrics.
  • Reduce defects by driving process improvement efforts through audit findings.
  • Provide training need analysis to management and training team for individuals/team/site in order to address knowledge gaps.
  • Conduct regular knowledge checks on floor through process tests, huddles, etc.
  • Engage with global stakeholders and peers, and drive Calibration efforts across sites.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, perform data-mining and analysis to support programs as well as identify new metrics and opportunities for quality improvements.
Educational Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree holder (minimum)
 
Working Conditions
  • Cyclical work shift including work hours at night
  • Flexible with working hours and work Saturdays or Sundays as part of your normal 5 day shift
 
Others
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Japanese language.
  • Proven track record of exceeding decision quality goals in a fraud/risk investigations role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
  • Experience in data interpretation and report writing.
  • Analytical Mindset and ability to see the big picture.
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and experienced in working with databases.
  • Understanding of basic lean and six sigma methodology would be preferred.
