Job Description
The candidate will work as recruiting team point of contact to support business leaders in Accenture Malaysia. The Individual will work with business leadership to understand the business environment and short term/long term business expansion plans, create sourcing strategy to meet business fast growth needs. On the other hand, this individual is responsible for internal communication across business leadership, including recruiting status collection and update, talent pool market research, and leading souring strategy discussion and summary.
Lead team on delivery job, and responsible for team management and people management:
  1. Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership for Accenture Malaysia.  
  2. Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment.
  3. Execute and manage marketing lead sourcing, scouting and candidate management processes including Supplier Relationship Management, Employee Referral and Alumni programs, Recruitment Marketing and Analytics.
  4. Innovate and create market leading sourcing practices to attract the right talent to support the aggressive growth within the organization. 
  5. Bring market data and talent acquisition pipeline analytics into the recruitment process to drive the right recruitment decisions. 
  6. Utilize strong influencing and negotiation skills with senior Accenture leadership to drive recruitment in the right direction. 
  7. Develop deep relationships with GU recruitment counterparts to share and leverage idea and bring innovation into Malaysia Center.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives. 
  • Interaction with senior management levels within Accenture which include strong negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
  • Responsible for developing the strategic approach to support the Recruitment in Accenture as required by the business.
  • Provide a forum for the recruitment team to share best practices and innovate new ideas.
  • Promote a clear vision to the team and set the strategic direction and framework to deliver to the vision.
  • High quality of recruitment service delivery to meet speed and cost target.
  • Ensure recruitment systems always match monthly forecasted view of approved demand.
  • Work with Marketing and Communications team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR to drive supply-demand planning to meet overall business objectives.
  • Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies to meet demand targets and work closely with recruitment marketing to ensure the right campaigns are in place to support hiring.
  • Responsible for ensuring leveraging latest sourcing tools and market leading best practices for finding talent. Creating strong internal sourcing capabilities
  • Increasing direct sourcing, create sourcing strategy and plans to meet demand; build talent maps for business so they can understand the market.
  • Oversee the achievement of the Global Recruiting Metric targets including productivity targets, sourcing channel mix, new hire quality, and cost.

NOTE: This position requires a HR professional with "hands on" recruiting experience in a fast paced organization, MNC matrix experience preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of candidate sourcing and scouting experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience to leverage the internet to locate contacts and generate interest among qualified candidates.
  • Minimum of 3 years dealing with vendors/ partner management
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Skills:
  • MNC matrix experience
  • Prior experience with a Staffing Agency or Executive Search firm
  • Campus hiring experience
