Jorge Nóbrega explores Accenture’s impact as we worked together over three years to develop and implement Globo’s vision to become a media tech company. With the help of Accenture’s agile approach, Globo evolved into a Direct to Consumer (D2C) organization able to test, launch and scale innovative digital products and services as well as new business and pricing models.
In order to power this new consumer strategy, Accenture helped to streamline costs, develop top-line growth initiatives to accelerate advertising revenues and deploy new digital capabilities through Globo’s “Digital Hub.” In addition, Accenture worked with Globo to define a bold cloud strategy which helped to streamline its content production supply chain and new product and service launches. Side by side, we’re helping to create a legacy of long-term sustainability for Globo.
