Luxembourg Customer Complaints Enquiries
In case of complaints in relation with the delivery of our services, you may reach out to our Complaint responsible Thomas Musiolik. Following the reception of the complaint, we will issue an acknowledgment of receipt to you within ten days. We will investigate the request and answer to you within one month from the receipt of the complaint. Should you not receive an answer or did not obtain a satisfactory answer from the Complaint responsible, you may escalate the complaint to our Country Managing Director, Martin Wolfram. As specified in the CSSF regulation N° 16-07 relating to out-of-court resolution of complaint, if despite our efforts, you did not receive a satisfactory answer, you may contact the CSSF (up to one year from the complaint reception by Accenture) to support the resolution of the complaint via post, email or via the CSSF website.
