Account Sales Lead
About the Role
As an Account Sales Lead at Accenture, you will drive strategic growth by managing key client relationships and identifying new business opportunities across industries. This role focuses on delivering measurable business outcomes through solution-based selling, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify business needs and growth opportunities
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including pipeline development, deal shaping, and closure
• Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative solutions aligned with client objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to position differentiated offerings
• Drive account governance, forecasting, and reporting to ensure transparency and performance
• Mentor and guide junior team members to build a high-performing sales team
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, commercial frameworks, and contracting standards
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex sales environment
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation sales
• Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Experience leading cross-functional or regional sales initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term client partnerships and drive account expansion
