グローバル・プロテクション・アンド・セキュリティ（GP&S）はアクセンチュアにおいて、セキュリティチームの中核を成す組織です。高度なスキルと豊富な経験を持つ多様な専門家集団であり、アクセンチュアの価値創造への貢献と事業成長を支える大きな誇りを持っています。その中でも、リージョナル・プロテクティブ・サービスチームはGP&Sの中核部門であり、世界各地域の拠点にメンバーを配置しています。本職務では、アクセンチュアの複数部門やそのリーダー、ならびに国内外の法執行機関・外交機関・情報機関など、国内外の多様な社内外ステークホルダーとの連携が求められ、24時間365日の待機態勢、25%の出張率、通常業務時間外の勤務に対応できる柔軟性が不可欠です。また、広域なアジア太平洋地域全体の支援も担います。
◆具体的な業務内容
・インシデント・危機管理、緊急時対応準備、物理的セキュリティ、基準遵守、施設脅威・脆弱性・リスク評価、職場暴力防止、旅行セキュリティ、地政学的脅威監視、企業セキュリティ関連トレーニングを担当
・管轄区域および地域内における調査支援、行動脅威評価・管理、要人保護、イベントセキュリティも担います。複雑な企業環境において、協働・自主的思考・積極的問題解決・誠実さ・協調性・効率性・継続的組織変革を重視した指導・支援を提供
◆応募要件(MUST)
・学歴：短大、専門学校、もしくは大卒以上
・社会人経験：約8年以上
・経験：
- 民間企業、政府機関、または治安部隊における関連セキュリティ業務経験３年以上、または同等の経験
- 企業セキュリティ部門との直接業務経験3年以上
- Microsoft Office製品（Word、Excel、PowerPointを含む）の使用経験3年以上
・スキル
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：読み書き・会話において、ビジネス英語が問題ないレベル

・スキル
- 優れた組織力、分析力、コミュニケーション能力
- プレッシャー下でも冷静さを保ち、ストレス状況において明確な指導と方向性を提供できる能力
- 極秘情報の取り扱い及び保護が必須
