For our newly formed Cloud First Networks (CFN) business unit of we are looking for new talent to complement our team. Our existing 8,000+ team of strong Network Professionals combine deep business insight and technology supporting CSPs (Communication Service Providers); Technology and Hyperscale clients to deploy, transform; scale and operate their networks. There is no one player who can bring together the scale and the e2e capabilities that we can.

WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementation, testing and maintaining Telco cloud environments. You will be collaborating with other team members to sustain and develop Telco cloud solutions in a cross-functional environment which combines interoperable systems, applications, and platforms.
Responsibilities:
Install, deploy and configure private cloud environments (OpenStack, VMWare)
Provide administration, troubleshooting, maintenance and monitoring of virtualization infrastructure (RHEV/KVM)
Provide solutions for Automation across the infrastructure
Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new projects / technologies and ensuring that the solutions are highly available and performing
Develop Technical and Business processes, technical planning and work coordination
When necessary, interact with software vendors to reach problem resolution; may include opening a service call, providing logs, and responding to advice received by phone call or email.
Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecoms or equivalent field
Minimum 1 year working experience in administration of cloud environments
Experience on main hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V and KVM), network (NSX, Neutron and Nuage) and Storage virtualization
Experience on supporting various Linux environments (Centos, Ubuntu etc.)
Familiar with containers (Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, Podman etc.)
Knowledge on one or more scripting languages (bash, Perl, Python, Ruby)
Familiar with Automation and Orchestration of infrastructure operation processes (Ansible, VMware, Red Hat, Chef, Puppet, Terraform etc.).
Openstack Administration certification and any other certifications in private cloud (Red Hat, VMWare) or other relevant technologies will be considered as a plus
Have good problem structuring and solving skills and good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Ability to manage multiple projects against specific timelines
Ability to communicate, understand and effectively work with our Clients to articulate their requirements and challenges.
