WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Presales Bid Manager you will be engaged in pre-sales activities and will actively contribute to the creation of robust, well-documented proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Preparing, coordinating, and writing Bids and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
Coordinating and interacting with Technology, Strategy & Consulting Accenture resources, as well as with 3rd party vendors as necessary to design the optimal proposal to meet the customers’ needs.
Contributing to proposal content, including description of the provided services and plan and other required material.
Liaising with legal resources for the collection and review of all required legal, regulatory and technical documentation that need to accompany the proposal (i.e., CVs, Credentials, ISO, etc.)
Manage the public procurement tools (i.e., ΕΣΗΔΗΣ) and successfully upload and submit questions/created proposals through them
Search, identify and analyze tender specifications (αποδελτίωση) of active Requests for Proposals (RFPs) across Public Sector websites/ sources
Qualifications
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
At least 3 years presales experience in similar position, managing bids for the Greek Public Sector.
Strong knowledge of the Greek Procurement Law Ν. 4412/2016 and the respective procurement tools
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Greek and English.
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
