Strategy Graduate Programme
On this programme you’ll be a trusted partner to global clients, helping to address their most significant business issues. Part of a project team, you’ll drive innovation and support clients to define the case for change and execute business transformation agendas.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As an Analyst, you will be working closely with professionals in other Accenture businesses, you’ll utilise our business insight and understanding of how technology impacts industries to help clients stay ahead in the digital world. So, you could be structuring and performing analysis and primary research, developing business cases and plans, or developing your skills to help clients understand leading-edge technology capabilities.
DO I QUALIFY?
Places on our Strategy Programme are limited. As an Analyst, you’ll need to be a critical, creative and deep strategic thinker and be able to demonstrate project evidence of this on your CV. It’s also important that you are a natural leader, effective relationship builder and collaborative teammate who’s digitally savvy and up for a challenge. With strong communication skills, you should feel comfortable leading workshops and have good presentation skills. You will also need to be intellectually curious, eager to learn and have a desire to help companies turn disruption into opportunity through strategies that enable them to successfully execute with equal strength across growth, profitability sustainability and trust. Quantitative and analytical skills and a real passion for business and technology are key. Ideally, you will have taken classes in statistics or data analytics and will know how to work data visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx) or programming languages (R, Python, Julia, SQL).
This programme is open to those with a minimum 2:1 (in any discipline – achieved or predicted).

Applications for most programmes open in the autumn. To apply, you need to complete an online profile. You can only apply to one programme in any six month period but if you are unsuccessful you can apply to other roles.
If you are suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to our Discovery Portal. This is an interactive experience and takes about an hour, but there’s no time limit. You’ll receive feedback within a few days.
If you’re successful at the Discovery Portal stage, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you’ll take part in a variety of activities designed to help us find out what your strengths are.
For some of our programmes, the final stage will be one or two technical interviews with managers from the specialist area you have applied to work in. We’ll give you lots of advice before your interviews.
Well done! If you’re successful in all the stages we’ll offer you a place on the programme and tell you your start date. If you don’t pass, we’ll give you the opportunity to get feedback.
Three months before your start date, we’ll ask you to provide evidence of your academic results and two references. We’ll then send you details of your training week where we’ll welcome you into Accenture!
