As an Analyst, you’ll work as part of a project team to build enduring, trust-based relationships at the heart of a client’s organisation, helping them to transform their business. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills and expertise through interesting and challenging work. On this programme, there is an opportunity to gain experience across various industries and several areas including but not limited to Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering Consulting, Product Design, Cloud Platform Engineering and Manufacturing and Operations.

 

You will gain an understanding of how Product Design, Product Engineering and Manufacturing are structured and optimised using Digital tools and Data.

 

Not only will this enable you to pursue your passion, but you’ll develop an understanding of the business issues and cutting-edge technologies applicable to each industry, enabling you to grow and play your part in delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client.

 

Whichever path you follow, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries, developing your technical and consulting skills. These soft and hard skills will be nurtured throughout your time as an Analyst and reinforced through training and self-guided learning - helping you to grow from Analyst to Consultant.

We look for outstanding performers, with an open and collaborative mindset. As an Industry X Analyst, you’ll need well-rounded capabilities with a proactive, driven, and self-empowering approach. As a dedicated teammate, you’ll need strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills, and high learning ability. Above all, you’ll need to be naturally curious about business, industry, and technology. 

 

This programme is open to those with a bachelor’s degree (in any discipline – achieved or predicted). Degrees such as Maths, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design are especially relevant, as is a strong demonstration of industrial experience.

Accenture is a people-first business which thrives on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong connections. Whilst there may be times where it is necessary to work from home, in order to feel fully integrated we expect that you work in-person on client site or at your assigned Accenture office at least three times per week.

 

You will need to live within a commutable distance of your assigned office, which will be London, but you’ll also need to be fully prepared to travel, as client projects could take you anywhere in the country.

Application process

The info you need to know about applying to an Accenture programme.

1. Online application

Applications for most programmes open in the autumn. Build your online profile and create a digital fingerprint.

2. Discovery portal

This is an interactive hub with resources, challenges and tests.

3. Virtual Assessment Centre

If you’re successful at the Discovery Portal stage, you’ll be invited to a half day virtual experience with interviews and immersive activities.

4. Technical Interview (if applicable)

For some of our programmes, the final stage will be one or two technical interviews with managers from the specialist area you have applied to work in. We’ll give you lots of advice before your interviews.

5. Offer

If you’re successful in all the stages we’ll offer you a place on the programme. If you don’t pass, we’ll give you the opportunity to get feedback.

6. Onboarding

Three months before you start, we’ll ask you to provide evidence of your academic results and two references. Then we'll welcome you to Accenture!
