Client Delivery Graduate Programme
You will help drive and deliver business transformation for our clients around the world through designing, building, testing and deploying strategic solutions for them. At the same time, you will develop industry-leading specialist skills and gain real in-depth knowledge across businesses and technologies.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As an Associate, you’ll work with a client team to deliver business transformation and support the delivery of customer experiences using the latest technologies. Accenture sets out the vision for its clients, it’s up to you to make it a reality. This will include designing, building and testing strategic solutions ready for implementation. A key member of the team, you’ll go the extra mile to understand client requirements, formulate a plan of action, and work with a range of onshore and offshore delivery teams to get it done. In close contact with the client at every stage, this role will make the most of your ability to communicate complex technologies, while managing third party suppliers, timelines and expectations.
DO I QUALIFY?
As an Associate in Client Delivery, you’ll need a university degree in any discipline and a passion for technology. You will be an excellent communicator, solution and client and customer focussed. A knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, customer experience design is an advantage.

WHERE WILL I BE BASED?
You’ll need to be prepared to travel as client projects could take you anywhere in the country – or even the world – though you will be aligned to a base at one of our main office locations in either London or Newcastle.

What you know is what we can sell to our clients. So we’ll invest in your development from your first day and make sure you have all the training you need. As well as an award-winning induction programme and a supportive graduate community within the Technology Analyst Group, you can look forward to mentoring from some of our most successful leaders. The training you’ll receive will be wide spread and practical. It will combine sessions that focus on critical soft skills as well as the technical skills you’ll need to develop into a trusted and successful delivery expert.
The Client Delivery programme is different for every graduate. Training, development, progression and promotion is all about you as an individual. On average our graduates remain in the programme for 24 months however time spent on the programme will differ for everyone.
Your credibility will depend on your passion for and knowledge of technology. We'll give you a strong start to your career by providing a variety of training depending on your project. We'll train you in business analysis, project management and testing, advanced marketing technologies, as well as the latest innovations and delivery practices which may cover anything from software, digital, to cloud computing, liquid applications or analytics. You’ll also attend one of our international core schools and get the chance to gain a range of industry certifications.
But more than that, we want you to understand the bigger picture. So, you'll learn about our Accenture business areas and gain a deep insight into our Technology Vision. Plus, because of the size and scope of our business, you’ll get to work on some of the biggest and most complex technology problems in the world with a wide variety of clients.

The info you need to know about applying to an Accenture programme.
Applications for most programmes open in the autumn. To apply, you need to complete an online profile. You can only apply to one programme in any six month period but if you are unsuccessful you can apply to other roles.
If you are suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to our Discovery Portal. This is an interactive experience and takes about an hour, but there’s no time limit. You’ll receive feedback within a few days.
If you’re successful at the Discovery Portal stage, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you’ll take part in a variety of activities designed to help us find out what your strengths are.
For some of our programmes, the final stage will be one or two technical interviews with managers from the specialist area you have applied to work in. We’ll give you lots of advice before your interviews.
Well done! If you’re successful in all the stages we’ll offer you a place on the programme and tell you your start date. If you don’t pass, we’ll give you the opportunity to get feedback.
Three months before your start date, we’ll ask you to provide evidence of your academic results and two references. We’ll then send you details of your training week where we’ll welcome you into Accenture!
