System Integration Developer (EU based)
We are seeking a Senior System Integration Developer with 5–8 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise‑grade integration solutions to support an ongoing project.
This role is open to candidates based in Europe, and due to project timelines, we are ideally looking for someone who can start within the next 1–3 months.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with architectural thinking and enjoys working in complex, cloud‑based environments. You will take ownership of integration design and implementation, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor team members while working closely with stakeholders in an Agile setup.

Salary offer will be based on applicants’ qualifications and experience 2500-4400 EUR gross
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs
Define and drive integration architecture, including API strategy and microservices design
Design, develop, and manage APIs and microservices across their full lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and governance)
Implement robust integration solutions using platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or webMethods
Lead migration initiatives from on-premise systems to cloud and hybrid integration architectures
Ensure high-quality delivery through end-to-end integration testing and proactive issue resolution
Collaborate closely with Architects, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams to align with enterprise architecture standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
Contribute to best practices, standards, and continuous improvement of integration frameworks and processes
Engage directly with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery planning and estimation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8 years of hands-on experience in system integration and API development
Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions in cloud environments (public cloud preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or webMethods
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles
Solid Java development skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern deployment tools
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, messaging systems, and event-driven architecture
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and work independently
Nice to Have
Experience with messaging/streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, MQ)
Exposure to frontend technologies
Experience in designing enterprise integration strategies or contributing to architecture boards
Certifications in integration platforms or cloud providers
Strong Agile experience (user stories, backlog grooming, estimation, etc.)
