Join Our Leading Workday-Certified Team as a FIN Technical Lead!
Are you ready to be part of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams? Help us deliver integrated, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. As a Workday Technical Consultant, you’ll guide clients through rapid deployments and complete transformations, leveraging your expertise in integrations and data migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share Leading Practices: Contribute to technical architecture and best practices.
- Lead Workshops: Host discussions on integrations and data migration.
- Team Management: Guide a team of Workday Integrations and Data Migration consultants.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve robust solutions.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Shape offerings for prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs, and data migration methods like iLoads and Advanced Loads.
- Implementation Experience: Several full-cycle Workday implementations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
- Travel & Team Management: Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage virtual team interactions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications: Workday Integration and/or Data certification.
- Specialized Experience: Experience with Cloud Connect Third Party Payroll and Benefits.
- Reporting Skills: Workday Reporting experience.
- Functional Expertise: Workday HCM or Financials functional/consulting experience.
