Sales Excellence (SE) provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. SE partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals. SE Deal Support helps deal teams strategize and execute to drive profitability and achieve client goals through compelling, market-based pricing and commercial proposals.
The Proposal Writer creates engaging and persuasive copy to help Accenture win work. They collaborate with proposal teams at each stage of the sales process to write and edit RFx responses, oral presentations, and other sales-related materials. They ensure compliance, consistency of messaging, and alignment with client objectives.
The person will be responsible for writing IT Infrastructure and Cloud proposals to produce a winning compliant proposal response.
Participates in proposal storyline sessions with solution architects and key stakeholders to clarify proposed solutions, approaches, products, and services.
Facilitate the development of all components of the proposal and ensure the proposal structure complies with RFP requirements.
Collaborate with the Sales Leads/ Bid Managers/ Solution Architects in planning and reviewing proposal content.
Drafts executive summaries of sales materials to capture key messaging and differentiators.
Transforms technical solutions, delivery methodologies, sales strategies, and win themes into easily understandable and readable responses.
Edits and rewrites sales/technical materials for grammar, punctuation, readability, conciseness, consistency of tone, and alignment with deal win themes.
Ensure that information is communicated accurately and in a visually appealing manner while in alignment with the company’s overall brand and messaging guidelines.
Update status reports and provide status updates on proposal assignments in ongoing pursuits.
Collaborates with graphic designers to ideate meaningful proposal visuals.
Experience in creating proposals, collaterals, and presentations in response to business RFPs/RFQs/RFIs for Infrastructure Outsourcing and Cloud Service Line.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Outsourcing and Cloud computing concepts.
Education Qualification – Graduation / Post Graduation Degree (preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office suite and graphic tools.
Good team management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (business, proposal, and technical).
Strong organisational skills that demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural dispersed and multi-party teams.
