Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing conversational interfaces and agents.
- Ability to integrate conversational agents with various backend systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing conversational agent performance and user experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
