Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with team members to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and deliver optimal performance. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development tasks with problem-solving activities to enhance application functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable user interfaces using component-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
