We combine deep expertise in operating model design, industry knowledge and AI-enabled transformation with Accenture’s rich technology and industry capabilities to deliver large-scale, end-to-end change.
In response to growing demand, we are expanding our Australia and New Zealand Operating Model & Organisation Design capability, and are seeking Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers with experience across the following areas:

Operating Model Design (enterprise-wide, and functional)

Organisation Design
-
Service Model Design
-
Shared Services, Global Capability Centres (GCC), Global Business Services (GBS)

Workforce Transformation (including Human + AI)
-
Operating Model Activation and Optimisation
-
Enterprise Transformation
You will work with the C-Suite and senior stakeholders to shape future-state operating models, redesign organisational structures, define enterprise shared service models, and help deliver complex transformation programs across industries including Products, Health, Public Service, Financial Services, Communications, Media & High Tech, and Resources.
What We’re Looking For
-
Consulting and/or transformation experience, specifically in designing and delivering operating models
-
A strong understanding of operating model and organisation design methodologies, including business configuration, strategic choices, common risks and implementation challenges
-
Strategic problem solving and structured thinking Advanced stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
-
Experience translating strategy into practical, implementable designs (not just conceptual models)
-
A successful track record in executing complex business transformation programs (including the ability to balance people, process and technology considerations)

Experience in design of shared service models, Global Business Services (GBSs), Global Capability Centres (GCCs) including outsourcing, right-shoring and exposure to international and multi-national organisations, also a plus.
