Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client requirements, write and test code to ensure it meets quality standards, and work on maintaining and enhancing existing software systems. Collaboration with team members and clients to address issues and implement improvements is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that software applications remain efficient and effective across multiple client environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate existing software to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
