As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive successful project outcomes and maintain seamless communication across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve challenges.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Experience in application design, configuration, and deployment within financial consolidation environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex application challenges.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application management.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
