Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires capturing broad requirements and shaping effective business solutions that align with strategic goals. The individual supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are met through well-defined operating models and technology integration. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business strategies with operational capabilities is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting transformation initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in designing operating models that integrate technology and business strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
