Summary:
In the role of an IT Customer Service Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth functioning of IT production systems and services. This includes actively managing incidents, investigating issues, and coordinating efforts to restore services promptly during outages. The role requires continuous monitoring and collaboration with various teams to ensure operational stability and customer satisfaction, while maintaining clear communication and efficient problem resolution throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
- Experience in managing and optimizing data workflows within Snowflake environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues impacting production systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and data integration techniques to support data operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
