Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in application functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience with integration of SAP modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and optimization.
- Good To Have Skills: Implementation Experience in Retail Industry

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
