Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities focusing on various aspects such as security and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. Your role includes supporting data and environment configurations, actively participating in code reviews, and tracking defects to foster ongoing improvements. This dynamic position requires balancing multiple responsibilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products in an integrated ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Assist in the documentation and refinement of testing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing outcomes and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing workflows.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
- Knowledge of environment setup and data configuration to facilitate effective testing scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues arising during automated test execution.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
